Had to return due to No quality control from Manufacturer!
Needed to bypass the blown Freon line on the rear A/C of my 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. It should have been an easy fix.
Unfortunately, due to lack of Quality Control by the Manufacturer, I needed to return the A/C Block Off Kit. The kit contains 2 nuts, 2 -O Rings and 2 doll pins that fit through the center holes of the two nuts. Well the Doll Pins are 2 different sizes. Guess what, the inside diameter of the center hole of the 2 nuts are Not 2 different sizes! Oops! So only one of the Doll Pins fits into the center hole of the nut. I ended up getting a bypass kit from the repair shop that worked on my Dodge Grand Caravan SXT.

Seems like decent quality but the low pressure side does not fit a 2004 Grand Caravan. High pressure side fit fine.

Does not fit 2005 Town & Country
The smaller fitting does not fit a 2005 Town & Country. Its roughly the correct size, but the threads are wrong. I didnt even try the larger fitting since it wouldnt do any good if only one of them worked.

They also fit on the under hood connections as well

These look like theyll work really well… but I ended up not using them. I found the leak in my rear AC line, and was able to replace the line before I left for a vacation. The blockoffs were plan B if I couldnt get it fixed in time.

Worked as intended
Blocks the rear 3/4 of the lines, and is in the center of the picture. That area is below the front passenger foot well area. Fit a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country with the 3.8L. No issues

This is a perfect way to who block off the rear air conditioning system and save money instead of actually repairing the rear air conditioning.

I have a bad leak in my rear ac lines on my 09 Dodge Grand Caravan. This product was exactly what it was meant to be, and was very easy to install. Blocking the rear ac saved me hundreds from having to replace the broken lines. Again having ac in the front has been a blessing in this heat, and the ac stills blows enough to cool the back too. Very happy customer!

Should have bought years ago.
I have been dealing with a slow leak on my 07 caravan for two years. The leak finally become large. I installed this in 5 minutes, pumped it down and held vacuum,. Ac is back!! These are great to isolate a leak.

Good fit however the large O ring is loss I had to use another O ring from a repair kit.
