- Air conditioning systems must use HNBR seals, not NBR or Viton!!! Our upgrade kit includes HNBR O Rings(raw materials are more environmentally friendly& durable& high temperature and cold resistance).
- This Rear A/C Block Off Kit was CNC manufactured and 304 stainless steel kit nuts & bolts (M20 x 1.5 & M22 x 1.5) + basic instructions.
- No need for any modification of the front air conditioning lines. Simply disconnect the rear lines under the hood and install the kit.
- OE Design but not open, same installation as genuine. Our package includes 2x M8 Flange Nuts, 2x Hexagon Head Bolts, and 2 HNBR WASHERS. More and much better spare parts than others.
- The knobs are made of high-quality aluminum alloy CNC. The bolts and nuts are all 304 stainless steel. The combination washers are also made in Germany. HNBR is the sealing material specially used in the cooling system. It is more durable than NBR and common rubber washers, and greatly reduces the possibility of installation leakage.
- The fittings are installed at the connection location of the rear air conditioning lines. These kits are easy to install in the engine compartment area by any knowledgeable technician.
- There is no need for any modification of the front air conditioning lines. Simply disconnect the rear lines and install this kit. This allows for front air conditioning operation without the loss of refrigerant from the rear lines or evaporator. This makes it unnecessary to absorb the costly replacement of the rear air conditioning lines or evaporator.

Fixed my 2013 dodge caravan

Perfect!!
I needed to block off the rear axle of a GMC envoy.
This did the trick perfect.
Original lines rubbed a hole through on the rear section. Nobody rides the rear of this vehicle. So blocking off and a recharge minus about 1 lb of Freon worked perfect. Driver, passenger and second row are definitely ok and comfortable on hot days.

Hard to make seal with provided rings.
It worked the second time I installed it. It doesnt have enough crush pressure on the seals and I had to use o rings to get it to put enough pressure on it to seal. Cheapest one out there, but still overpriced.
