Working on the MJ
Ok so I bought this to save a few bucks over the Azzy design. Overall it worked out for my MJ with an AX15 and 231 transfer case. In my case the AX-15 is out of a Wrangler and is clocked very high and snug under the MJ so your mileage may vary. It was a bit frustrating to get it adjusted just right and I could have used 4+ more threads on the rod. My initial install came loose but threw some blue loctite on the rod and its been working well for several months with town interstate and rough trail riding. Its a nice smooth shift and far better than the original setup.

Installed on my 96 2door XJ. Fit perfect and shift great now. You tube on how to install if you need help. The plate with the small rectangle cut out should point to the rear of vehicle.

Does what us says but poor fit and finish
Does what it needs to do, parts come unfinished which is fine but the pieces have rough and in some areas jagged edges. A few extra minutes on the grinder would have made a better final product

Works way better than the stock shifter link
Put this on my xj because the stock link would pop out and I would be able to shift from or to 4wd unless I unbolted the trans and put the link back in place. Now its not and issue at all. Shifts smooth even with the 2wd low kit I’ve got.

Amazing and simple upgrade
It took a few minutes to figure it out considering the convoluted mess that was in there from the factory. It made me wonder what the hell they were thinking when they built these trucks. The design is so much simpler, stronger and works better. Great!

So far so good of 4 months of using. Alittle difficult to Install due to lack of instructions but if I can figure out you can to. Cheaper then the real one and made pretty good

The article is NOT easy to install and you need to make adaptations so that the change in the lever is not so short, it does not apply well to XJ Cherokee

THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK ON 1995 JEEP CHEROKEE. THE LINKAGE IS TOO LONG EVEN THOUGH ADJUSTED TO SHORTEST SIZE, MOUNTING HOLES NOT CORRECT, NEEDS TO BE MODIFED TO WORK.
